I did not receive my tracking email yet. What should I do?
Please keep in mind that many of our products are made on request to increase quality and avoid overproduction. Therefore it might take a bit longer to send them to you.
Generally speaking, should receive your tracking email within a matter of days. If you did not receive a tracking email after the 7th day, reach out to us by email or chat.
