We can't imagine that someone would ever want to return one of our amazing products. But mistakes happen. So if you do need to return a product, this page has you covered.
How to return a product
- You can return a product within 14 days after delivery.
- Make sure the product is unworn, unwashed, and properly packaged.
- If the product falls within the above conditions, navigate to our contact page and start the self-service return process.
- Properly package the product for the return shipment and deposit it with your local postal office.
- We will refund you within 14 days after we received the product and everything is in order.

Under what conditions can I return a product?
Generally speaking, you can return a product within 14 days after delivery for any reason.
If special conditions apply, this will be stated on the product page and on your order confirmation email.
When returning a product, bear in mind that we can only accept products back and provide a refund when:
- The product is in a good state. This means properly packaged, not worn, not washed, and without damage.
- The product is properly packaged for shipment.
- The return has been announced in before it is returned to us, using the process outlined on this page.
Can I return a product without the original packaging?
Yes. As long as the product is in a good state, and properly packaged for the return shipment.
Can I return a product after it has been worn?
No. We are not able to refund you for products that have been used.
Can I return a gift card?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
